Delete Your Account

You can request account deletion either by email or directly through our mobile application. Please read the instructions carefully, as account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Option 1: Request Account Deletion via Email

To delete your account by email, please share your personal account details with us so we can verify and process your request.

Please mention:

• Registered name

• Registered email ID

• Registered mobile number

• Reason for account deletion (optional)

Once verified, your account will be permanently deleted.

Option 2: Delete Your Account via Mobile Application

Follow the steps below to delete your account directly from the app:

Step 1 – Login to Your Account

Open the app and log in using your registered credentials.

Step 2 – Go to Profile or Settings

Navigate to Profile or Settings from the menu.

Step 3 – Read the Confirmation Details

Tap on the Delete Account button.
Carefully read the information shown on the confirmation screen.
This will explain what data will be deleted, such as:

• Email address

• Profile information

Step 4 – Confirm Deletion

Tap Confirm or Yes, Delete My Account.
Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted from our servers.
A confirmation message will be displayed once the process is complete.

Step 5 – Contact Support (Optional)

If you face any issues or are unable to delete your account, please contact our support team:
