FELLOWSHIP IN INFERTILITY MANAGEMENT
Explore the Fellowship in Infertility and Reproductive Medicine through our 12-month Fellowship Programme, built for experienced doctors advancing into fertility care. Covering infertility evaluation, reproductive endocrinology, ART and male factor management, this course offers expert mentorship, evening live classes and CPD accreditation to strengthen your clinical practice
About the Programme
The Fellowship in Infertility Management at Medical Global Academy is a 12-month programme in reproductive medicine for eligible medical professionals with established clinical experience. It follows the full fertility pathway — structured evaluation of the couple, ovarian reserve and tubal assessment, semen analysis, ovulation induction, and the assisted reproductive technologies that follow, including IUI, IVF and ICSI. Fertility preservation, recurrent implantation failure and India's ART regulatory framework are covered as core modules. Teaching is case-based and delivered through evening live sessions after OPD hours, with every class recorded. On completion, participants receive a CPD Accredited Fellowship certificate supporting professional profile enhancement.
Trainees master the full spectrum of infertility management — from basic evaluation to advanced ART, reproductive endocrinology, male infertility, surgical interventions, and fertility preservation. The curriculum emphasises evidence-based practice, emerging technologies, and collaborative care, with fellows learning from India's most experienced infertility specialists.
"Participants are encouraged to pursue research projects that advance the field. Upon completion, fellows are fully equipped to provide quality patient care and lead infertility practice across India."

About the Fellowship in Infertility Management
Infertility has moved to the centre of everyday gynaecological practice. Patients present earlier, arrive better informed, and expect a defined diagnostic pathway rather than an onward referral. Meeting that expectation requires command of reproductive endocrinology, protocol selection and counselling that general obstetrics and gynaecology training does not fully provide.
This Fellowship is built to close that gap. The curriculum begins with structured evaluation of the couple — ovulatory assessment, ovarian reserve testing including AMH and antral follicle count, tubal and uterine evaluation, and semen analysis interpreted against current reference standards. It progresses through the conditions most often underlying subfertility: polycystic ovary syndrome, endometriosis, tubal factor disease, uterine pathology, unexplained infertility and male factor causes.
Advanced modules cover ovulation induction protocols and their monitoring, gonadotropins and GnRH analogues, luteal support, and the prevention and management of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome. Assisted reproduction is taught in depth, alongside embryo grading, vitrification, preimplantation genetic testing and fertility preservation. India’s ART and Surrogacy legislation is taught as core content — fertility practice is among the most closely regulated areas of Indian medicine, and confident practice depends on knowing that framework properly.
Why Choose Medical Global Academy
Internationally aligned training. Content is framed against global reproductive medicine standards and CPD accreditation, with recognition through applicable UK accrediting bodies.
Genuine eligibility standards. MGA admits only eligible medical professionals. Fellowship programmes require a minimum of four years’ experience — which keeps cohorts clinically serious and peer discussion worth attending.
Designed for working clinicians. Live classes run in the evening after OPD hours, every session is recorded, and progression is flexible. You are not asked to pause your practice.
Mentorship beyond the certificate. A full year of academic guidance follows completion, alongside structured assessment that tests applied reasoning rather than recall.
Expert Faculty
Taught exclusively by qualified specialists — each a leader in their clinical subspecialty.
