FELLOWSHIP IN ONCOLOGY

MGA Medical Global Academy Fellowship in Oncology is a highly advanced postgraduate course for MBBS doctors, residents and health care professionals who are interested in getting expertise in cancer diagnosis, treatment and management. A blended 12-month fellowship that offers students a mix of theory and clinical experience, to give students a thorough understanding of cancer biology, cancer diagnostics, treatment options, and patient-focused cancer care. Chemotherapy, radiation oncology, surgical oncology, targeted therapy, immunotherapy, pediatric oncology, gynecologic oncology, palliative care, survivorship and precision oncology are among the topics covered in the program. Skills You Will Gain

• Excellent knowledge of cancer biology, cancer epidemiology, cancer terminology and cancer classification systems.

• Familiarity with sophisticated diagnostics such as imaging, histopathology, cytology, biomarkers and molecular diagnostics

• Knowledge, skills, and/or abilities related to multidisciplinary cancer diagnosis and evidence-based treatment planning

• Knowledge of chemotherapy, radiation oncology, surgery, targeted therapy and immunotherapy techniques
