MGA Medical Global Academy provides a Fellowship in Pain Management that is intended for health care professionals interested in the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic pain disorders. A clinically oriented programme that offers comprehensive understanding of pain physiology, pain assessment, pharmacological management of pain and advanced interventional pain management procedures in contemporary healthcare practice. The fellowship integrates theory with clinical practice to foster expertise in the management of neuropathic pain, cancer pain, musculoskeletal pain, spinal pain disorders, headache disorders and complex chronic pain syndromes. Spinal interventions, peripheral nerve blocks, minimally invasive pain procedures, neuromodulation, regenerative medicine and multidisciplinary rehabilitation approaches are part of the curriculum. The participants are exposed to the latest techniques in pain management, evidence-based clinical knowledge, and patient-focused treatment planning. The programme is also dedicated to discussing paediatric pain management, palliative care, psychological solutions to pain, and new treatments like stem cells, platelet-rich plasma (PRP), exosome therapy, and gene therapy.
